具高效率之相位比較式最大功率追蹤技術

鑒於再生能源及可攜式裝置電源管理日益普及,功率轉換器及最大功率追蹤之應用亦日形重要。本文提出一新型最大功率追蹤技術,創新採用相位比較方式,只需針對功率轉換器之輸入電壓量測,擷取其漣波相位資訊以判斷最大功率點,此技術有別於傳統方法,不需使用數位訊號處理器(DSP)、高階電壓電流感測器及類比數位轉換器(ADC)等元件,不僅降低系統成本,同時能有效提升追蹤範圍及精度,並且因擾動機制優化,追蹤性能亦同時提升。

Abstract

In view of the increasing popularity of renewable energy and power management of the portable devices, power converters and the maximum power point tracking applications have become increasingly important. This paper presents a novel method for maximum power point tracking with innovative use of the phase comparison method, it only simply measure the input ripple voltage of the power converter and check their phase information to determine the maximum power point. This approach is different from traditional methods, without using digital signal processor (DSP), high-end voltage and current sensors and analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It can not only reduce system cost, but also improve tracking range and accuracy effectively. Due to the better disturbance mechanism, the tracking performance is also improved simultaneously.
