車用輔助系統之設計與場測

先進駕駛輔助系統,可有助於降低車禍意外的發生。本論文所提出的嵌入式智慧型車用輔助系統主要包含下述三項,一:車道偏移警示系統(LDWS),為了避免駕駛人在任意變換車道,本系統可以偵測車道線與分析行車軌跡,當車輛發生不正常的偏離車道時,可立即發出警告;二:前方碰撞系統(FCWS),有鑑於大多的車禍原因都是沒有保持安全距離,本系統會自動偵測前方車輛,當本身車輛未與前方車輛保持安全距離時,則立即對駕駛人發出警告;三:盲點區域警示(BSDS),由於車輛的後視鏡皆有盲點(死角)區域存在,加上在駕駛人在開車時無法隨時緊盯後視鏡。當盲點區域出現車輛時,本系統會自動提醒駕駛人,以避免發生碰撞。本論文所提出的嵌入式智慧型車用輔助系統利用RENESAS R-Car H2 platform,來執行ADAS演算法(LDWS、FCWS與BSDS),並且把platform安裝於車輛上進行道路實車測試;在各種道路、天候條件的測試結果都可達到real-time之目標,平均正確率可達90%以上,並且在720*480的影像尺寸條件下,執行速度可達30FPS。

Abstract

We develop an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) to reduce traffic accident. The proposed system mainly includes three functions listing as follows. 1. Lane departure warming system (LDWS). To avoid the drivers switching the lanes at random, the LDWS system can detect the lanes and analyze the driving tracks. Once the abnormal departure occurs, LDWS can alarm the driver behavior immediately. 2. Forward collision warming system (FCWS). In view of the facts that most car accidents are caused without keeping safe distance, the FCWS system will automatically detect the cars ahead. When the car goes without keeping the safe distance with the front cars, it will give off the warning to the driver at once. 3. Blind Spot Detection System (BSDS). Since there are blind spots in the appearance of rear mirrors and the drivers usually can’t stare at them all the time, the BSDS system will automatically remind the drivers when the blind spots appear. The proposed design used RENESAS R-Car H2 platform to carry out the calculations of ADAS, LDWS, FCWS and BSDS. In addition, we install the platform on the cars to execute the road test. The average accuracy rate can come up to 90% in real-time under any situation of road and weather. Also, about 30 FPS execution speed for the field trial can be achieved with image size 720*480.
